As a Team Lead (.NET), your primary responsibility will be designing, developing, and maintaining software applications throughout the entire software development life cycle. You will work closely with our team of developers, designers, and project managers to deliver scalable, high-performance, and cutting-edge solutions.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain web-based applications using the latest .NET technologies, including ASP.NET, C#, MVC, and Web API.
• Collaborate with the team to define software requirements and technical designs.
• Write clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code, adhering to industry best practices and coding standards.
• Implement front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js.
• Design and manage relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, or similar) and optimize queries for optimal performance.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
• Conduct comprehensive testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Participate in code reviews and offer constructive feedback to enhance code quality and maintainability.
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and advancements in software development, .NET technologies, and related frameworks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address technical issues and improve system performance.
• Assist in deploying applications to production environments and monitor their performance.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the development team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven work experience of 08-15 yrs as a Full Stack Developer, specifically with expertise in .NET technologies.
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API, and related frameworks.
• Experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript libraries or frameworks (e.g., Angular, React, Vue.js).
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL, with the ability to write optimized queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is advantageous.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to design and develop efficient solutions.

• Managing the project approach, building stakeholder buy-in around the project plan, commitments and changes.
• Supporting Technology teams to manage delivery proactively, balancing scope, schedule, resourcing, dependencies, communications and budgets.
