The Solution: Recruitment Copilot

Contoso deployed a Recruitment Copilot built on Microsoft Copilot Studio and integrated with Claude Sonnet 4.5, SharePoint Files, and SharePoint Lists. The solution provides:

  • Data Integration: CV and job criteria storage and access was centralized and organized using SharePoint.
  • Prompt Optimization: The agent provides better access to this data enhancing flexibility and confidence in candidate assessments.
  • Automated Shortlisting: The Copilot agent enabled conversational filtering based on job needs.
  • Evaluation Logic: Improved acceptance/rejection criteria and logic were put in place to improve decision accuracy.

The copilot transforms recruitment operations by automating candidate evaluation, standardizing hiring criteria, and enabling faster, more consistent hiring decisions.
