About the Opportunity

UnifyCloud is a Microsoft-focused Cloud and AI services company working with enterprise clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. We help organizations modernize their IT infrastructure, migrate to Azure, and build intelligent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Agents and Azure AI Foundry Agents.

We are hiring MBA freshers to join as Management Trainees supporting global Cloud and AI transformation programs. This is a structured entry-level role designed for candidates with strong communication skills, intellectual curiosity, and a willingness to learn. No prior technical experience is required – we invest in comprehensive training from day one.

What You Will Do

During your first 6–12 months, you will work alongside senior consultants on live client engagements. Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate project meetings, track action items, and maintain delivery timelines for Azure cloud migration and AI adoption projects.
• Prepare client-facing project reports, status dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Serve as a communication bridge between engineering teams and client stakeholders across time zones.
• Maintain project documentation, risk logs, and compliance trackers.
• Use AI-powered tools (Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI) for meeting notes, research summaries, and data analysis.
• Assist in building and configuring Microsoft Copilot Agents and Azure AI Foundry Agents for enterprise client workflows.
• Support cloud readiness assessments and assist in scoping AI agent deployments for enterprise clients.
• Learn and apply Agile/Scrum project management practices in a consulting environment.

What You Will Learn

Structured training and mentorship are provided across the following areas:

• Concepts in application modernization and agentic AI frameworks within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Cloud Computing fundamentals with a focus on Microsoft Azure (AZ-900 certification path).
• AI tools and platforms within the Microsoft ecosystem: Copilot Agents, Azure AI Foundry Agents, and Azure OpenAI Service.
• Enterprise SaaS delivery lifecycle – from discovery to go-live.
• Project management frameworks: Agile, Scrum, and delivery governance.
