Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced and creative UI/UX Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 6-10 years of professional experience in designing and developing user-centric applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create intuitive, engaging, and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.

Responsibilities

• User Research & Analysis:
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to understand user needs and behaviors.
  • Translate research findings into actionable insights and design improvements.
• UI/UX Design:
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.
  • Develop user personas, journey maps, and user flows to guide the design process.
  • Ensure designs are consistent with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
• Front-end Development:
  • Implement responsive and interactive user interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Knowledge of front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) is a plus.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience.
  • Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies.
  • Continuously improve the design and development processes to enhance efficiency and quality.

Requirements

• Experience & Skills:
  • 6-10 years of experience in UI/UX design and front-end development.
  • Proven track record of designing and developing user-centric web applications.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JavaScript.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating a range of UI/UX design and front-end development projects. Include examples of wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to design and develop efficient solutions.
